• Relocation cross-cultural training
• Preparing for short term immersion experiences

Kathryn Pierce IHM has been trained and certified to administer and interpret:

• Cultural Audit
• Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) for individuals and/or groups.

In today's global society, it is critical for both individuals and groups to have the skills to respond effectively in the areas of:

• Cultural competence
• Diversity consulting
• Cultural sensitivity training
• Inter and intra relationships to our cultures

In response to requests for cross-cultural training in these areas, Intercultural Consultation Services (ICS) offers a wide variety of non-credit, interactive presentations and workshops a creative way of transforming challenges to opportunities..

The ICS team will custom design the cultural diversity workshops, seminars or presentation to fit the individual or group's needs and time frame. These concentrated learning opportunities can vary in length from a single day to a week or more.

The ICS team can travel to your site or offer the workshop in the Detroit area.
